Nancy owns a green business on East Lake Street -- halfway between Hiawatha and the Mississippi River -- that specializes in recycling and repairing outdoor clothing and gear. She was born in Minneapolis, graduated from the University of Minnesota and has lived in our great city most of her life. She believes in living a sustainable lifestyle, which is why she was a year-round bike commuter for nearly 20 years! She currently live in Ericsson and has for more than 15 years.
Nancy knows that listening to customers and employees and truly understanding what they need is a key ingredient to a successful business and will do the same for the residents of Ward 12. Residents of Ward 12 will know where she stands on the issues and can count on her to have open lines of communication and transparency on issues they are concerned about so we can work together collaboratively to rebuild trust in our city government. As a small business owner, she knows what it’s like to work long hours to make a small business thrive and will do the same for residents of Ward 12.
